During the weekend of July 23rd and 24th, technical construction process update sessions were held at the Caemba farm and production plant, located in La Concordia. The board of directors of Fundación Raíz Ecuador – Caemba, construction technicians, plant personnel, and Caemba field technicians attended.
On one hand, there was an update on administrative and organizational information. Internal procedures, occupational safety, and human resources were discussed. Additionally, the mission, vision, and values of Raíz were presented. Field personnel and technicians also had the opportunity to address any doubts about Raíz.
On the other hand, an update on bamboo construction techniques was conducted. This training process included a practical workshop. Processes at the industrial plant were also discussed.
